How Astra Aesthetics handles information collected through this website.

Astra Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates astraaestheticsclinic.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Astra Aesthetics is a self-pay medical aesthetics practice and does not bill or participate with health insurance. It does not electronically transmit health information in connection with insurance claims, eligibility inquiries, or other HIPAA-standard health plan transactions.
This page is a website privacy policy. It covers information collected through the Site, and it is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information you provide directly. This includes information submitted through contact forms, appointment or quote requests, newsletter sign-ups, or direct communication with us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to share.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. Google Analytics (GA4). We use Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and visitor behavior, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate the Site. Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags and tracking codes on the Site, including those listed in this section. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information; it deploys the other tools described here.
Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions.
Appointment booking is handled through My Aesthetic Record, a third-party booking provider. The booking buttons on the Site open My Aesthetic Record in a new browser tab. Their own privacy policy governs information submitted through that system.
